Postage Charges - Australia: $14 Express Shipping (2-7 days)
Postage Charges - International: $28 Registered post (3-14 days)
All goods purchased from www.petitkini.com will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the orders email address; and be delivered within 2-7 working days (Australia) and 3-14 working days (international orders).
Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, international customs or post handling. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for any incorrect addresses provided by our customers.
If tracking states that your parcel has arrived but it is not at the given address, Please contact your local Post Office before contacting us. Parcels unsuccessfully delivered to the given address will be re directed to your closest Post Office for Pick Up.
Exchange and Refund Policy
We only accept an exchange of size or colour. P E T I T K I N I reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
You are entitled to an exchange of size or colour within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
▪ The items are returned within 7 days of you receiving the goods
▪ The items are in original condition, with all original tags still attached
▪ Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way with hygiene seal still in place
▪ A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a P E T I T K I N I Representative
You are entitled to a refund for faulty goods within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
▪ A P E T I T K I N I representative deems the goods to be faulty
▪ The item/s are returned within 7 days of you receiving the goods
▪ The item/s are in original condition, with all original tags still attached
▪ Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
▪ Items to be returned in plastic packaging
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please enclose an additional postage bag inside to receive your return. Express or regular postage bag is entirely up to you.

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 7 business days of P E T I T K I N I receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of purchase.
Exchanges or Replacements
P E T I T K I N I offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size or colour; subject to product availability.
These will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty. Should a refund be requested for faulty items, P E T I T K I N I will process a refund, should it meet the Faulty Goods Returns Policy requirements.
Same Value Exchange
Should the item requested for exchange be the same value as that of the product being returned, no additional payment will be required and the exchange item will be dispatched free of charge.
Different Value Exchange
Should the item requested for exchange be different value as that of the product being returned, one of two scenarios will occur:
1. A variance where payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.
2. A variance where payment is owed to P E T I T K I N I, a Customer Service Representative will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment.
Primary contact will be made via telephone. If unanswered a voicemail will be left and an email sent to the nominated email address.
